Market rides before the buy and consistent market reviews during the life of the program allow Outdoor Nation to identify maintenance problems before they occur. On-site reviews help identify maintenance problems including vegetation growth, storm damage, lighting problems, and road construction issues. All maintenance problems are reported in a timely manner. A toll free number is provided to our Clients for the report of any maintenance issues spotted in the field. The problem is corrected promptly and if deemed necessary, credits are issued to the client. Clients receive written updates on all pending maintenance issues and the current status of each.
